Just lying on the ground waiting on them surfacing. They're pretty close to the paths in Hyde Park. Getting a fish shot is near impossible as they seem to instinctively turn away from me when they have a fish.
The real secret is how to put up with people shoving cameras in your face, and the general rudeness of passing people (there are a few nice exceptions!). You know what I'm talking about - imagine the Bearded Reedling situation x10 !
