Stranded in Spain

I should have been back home last Saturday but not surprisingly I'm stuck in Spain! Can't complain too much; where would I rather be? London or the Costa de la Luz. The cork oak woods of Parque Natural de Los Alcornocales were alive with bird song this morning: Iberian Chiffchaff, Western Bonelli's Warbler, Short-toed Treecreeper, Firecrest, Golden Oriole, Blackcap, Cuckoo, and Hawfinch among the commoner species. I've a lot to catch up on when I return with many sound recordings made. Here are a few pics over a slow connection.
